Once your order has processed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. We will dispatch your order within 5-10 working days.

Local

For orders within central Edinburgh, we aim to deliver by bicycle within 3-5 days.

All orders are delivered using Royal Mail and are shipped in protective (and recycled) parcel packaging.
UK standard delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) typically takes 3-5 days delivery and is charged at a flat rate of £3.20. This is an untracked service, although confirmation of delivery is available on request.
Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is also available as a 'signed for' service for the flat rate of £4.85.
If your order is urgent or needs to be signed for, please contact us (contact@thisislum.com) before you place the order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please remember that all lum products are made to order, and are normally dispatched within the same week.

Worldwide delivery is available, and typically takes 7-20 working days from the day of dispatch (depending on distance!).
Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as they are defined by country and local government. You are responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees levied at the point of entry into your country.
